Truck drivers from non-EU countries for your haulage company
We place experienced truck drivers from countries outside the EU. This is not temporary agency work: the driver is employed by you from the start. We support selection, documents and official procedures until he starts work with you.

Our applicants come from southern Africa, India, Pakistan and Serbia, among other places.
The legal basis
Professional drivers from non-EU countries may work in Germany if the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) agrees. The legal basis is Section 19c of the Residence Act (Aufenthaltsgesetz) in conjunction with Section 24a of the Employment Ordinance (Beschäftigungsverordnung).
If the German driving licence or the basic qualification is still missing, both can be obtained under Section 24a (2) while the driver is employed by you. This requires an employment contract that covers taking part in the necessary measures, a specific job offer for the time afterwards and the right driving licence from the home country.
Driving licence and Code 95
To drive commercially in Germany, a driver needs the basic qualification, shown by the code number 95. We plan the licence conversion and the basic qualification from the start, including time off in the employment contract. Until then, your new employee can do simple warehouse and support work.
