Hosting at Vercel

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you open it, the provider writes a server log: your IP address, date and time, the page you opened and details about your browser. This keeps the site secure and running. According to the provider, these logs are kept only for a short time. Data may be transferred to and processed in the USA. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a secure and stable site.

The fonts are hosted on this website itself. Nothing is loaded from other providers.

No cookies, no tracking

We use no cookies and no tools that measure visitors. One small note stays in your own browser: when you choose a language, your browser saves that choice under the name ka-lang, so the site opens in your language next time. This note never leaves your browser. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Contact by email or phone

If you write or call us, we use your details to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where a contract or its preparation is involved, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the details once we no longer need them and no retention duty applies.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

You may complain to a data protection authority. The authority responsible for us is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, North Rhine-Westphalia).

The application portal, the customer portal and the learning offers (bewerben.kraftarbeit.de, kunden.kraftarbeit.de, kurs.kraftarbeit.de, bkf.kraftarbeit.de) show their own notices.

The German version is legally binding.
